Harnham is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to shape data modeling, transformation, and consumption across the business. You will bridge data engineering and analytics, delivering clean, scalable datasets and governance.

In this role, you will partner with product, engineering, and business teams to define metrics, build robust data models, and drive data quality and self-service analytics in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics engineering or data engineering experience.
• Strong SQL and data modeling in modern warehouses.
• Experience with dbt or similar transformation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable data models powering analytics and insights.
• Transform raw data into high-quality datasets using dbt and SQL.
• Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to define metrics.
• Improve data quality, testing, and governance across the analytics layer.
• Enable self-service analytics with clear datasets and documentation.
• Contribute to data architecture and best practices.
