Job summary

Connie Health, a fast‑growing Medicare brokerage in Boston, seeks a Senior Analytics Engineer to own the data transformation layer end‑to‑end. You’ll deliver clean, well‑modeled datasets and establish governance with dbt, Looker, and AI‑driven tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of analytics or data engineering experience.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Experience with dbt and cloud data warehouses (Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Ability to enable self-service analytics through BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own policy dataset and derived reporting; build a single source of truth with clear naming and documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, and Operations to improve data quality at the source.
• Build and maintain dbt models with version control, CI, automated tests, code review, and documentation.
• Configure self-serve Looker models and curate AI-ready dataset definitions for Claude.
• Engage early in system implementations to ensure clean data capture from day one.
• Manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams with senior IC independence.
