Job summary

Complex Media, Inc. is seeking a senior analytics leader to turn imperfect data into clear business insights and strategic actions. You will partner with executive leadership across eCommerce, Content, Advertising, and Live Events to influence decisions and shape the Analytics roadmap.

You will manage a three‑person analytics team, embrace AI tools to accelerate research, and partner with Data Engineering to ensure scalable data infrastructure. On‑site work in NYC or LA is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Strategy, or similar.
• 4+ years of experience leading analytics teams.
• AI-native mindset: actively use AI tools to accelerate research and automation.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Python or R.
• Experience turning analytics into strategic business actions.

Responsibilities

• Turn data into business outcomes by partnering with executive leadership and functional leaders.
• Serve as a strategic analytics partner across eCommerce, Content, Advertising, and Live Events.
• Lead and develop a team of three high‑performing analysts.
• Translate ambiguous problems into actionable analyses with clear recommendations.
• Use AI and modern tools to move quickly from question to insight to action.
