Complex NTWRK in the United States is seeking a senior analytics leader to turn complex data into clear business insights and strategic actions. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities across eCommerce, Content, Advertising, and Live Events.

This role requires 10+ years in analytics and 4+ years managing analysts, with an AI-native mindset and strong SQL/Python skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 4+ years leading analytics teams.
• AI-native mindset with use of AI tools to accelerate research.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency with Python.
• Experience shaping strategy across multiple functions and products.

Responsibilities

• Turn data into business insights by partnering with executives and leaders.
• Own analytics roadmap across eCommerce, Content, Advertising, and Live Events.
• Lead and develop a team of three analysts.
• Translate ambiguous problems into actionable analysis and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure scalable data infrastructure.
