LiveRamp seeks a seasoned Manager, Data Analytics to lead a 4–6 member team delivering customer analytics via LiveRamp’s Clean Room. You’ll stay hands-on on complex engagements while guiding growth, quality, and throughput, partnering with Success, Product, and Engineering.

You’ll shape analytics workstreams, build scalable templates, and ensure rigorous methodology with client-facing communication. Hybrid role with SF/NYC/Seattle offices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of analytics or data science experience, incl. 2+ years leading analysts
• Bachelor-level quantitative degree
• Deep expertise in advertising measurement and attribution
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel and statistical methods
• Experience creating data-driven dashboards and presentations
• Strong client-facing communication and storytelling skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
• Interest in adopting AI solutions across workflows

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 4–6 analysts, including goal setting and career development
• Own delivery across engagements, allocating resources and ensuring deliverable quality
• Remain hands-on on complex analyses and review methodologies
• Develop analytics systems, templates, and reusable libraries
• Set standards for rigor, documentation, and reproducibility
• Manage relationships with customer stakeholders and translate learnings into product direction
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on measurement roadmap
• Drive adoption of AI tools in analytics workflows
