Job summary

Bounteous, a global AI Services firm, seeks a Director of Analytics to be a senior advisor and hands-on analytics leader for clients. You will lead measurement strategy workshops, guide project teams, and stay close to the technical work while shaping how clients think about analytics.

You should bring deep expertise in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, translating that knowledge into strategic guidance for clients and growth for the team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics
• 8+ years in an agency or client-facing consulting environment, with senior/lead experience
• Track record building trust with clients and shaping strategy at senior level
• Experience leading project teams and mentoring analysts or consultants

Responsibilities

• Lead measurement strategy workshops with clients to define goals, KPIs, and analytics approach
• Guide project teams and stay hands-on with the technical work
• Define technical design of Adobe Analytics and CJA implementations and review documentation
• Maintain deep expertise in Adobe Analytics and CJA including reporting, segmentation, and dashboards
• Oversee tagging strategy and data layer QA for clean data capture
• Lead test-and-learn programs and experimentation using Adobe Analytics, CJA, and Target
• Set standards for analytics strategy, dashboards, and reporting across the team
• Review insights and narratives before presenting to clients
• Support multi-solution teams across Adobe stack (AJO, RT-CDP) and ensure alignment with platform strategy
• Stay current on Adobe Experience Platform ecosystem and integration points
