Qualifications

10+ years of experience creating customer data and marketing technology solutions.
3+ years at a digital-first, global delivery agency/consultancy.
Strong consultative and client-facing skills.
Hands-on with Adobe Experience Platform RTCDP and data ingestion.
Familiarity with AEP AI capabilities and GenStudio/Firefly.
Knowledge of Adobe CX Enterprise and Agent Orchestrator.

Responsibilities

Serve as a platform expert in Adobe Experience Platform RTCDP and other products.
Lead development of playbooks and documentation for scalable solutions.
Build accelerators and AI-assisted workflows for pre-sales and delivery.
Collaborate with platform partners on roadmap advisory and integration approaches.
Drive Adobe platform certifications and client value realization.
Advise clients on AI enablement within the Adobe ecosystem.
Lead customer workshops, demos, and proof-of-concept engagements.
Own SOW creation and commercial framing for AEP/RTCDP and CJA engagements.
