Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience developing analytics solutions using Snowflake, Tableau, BOXI or similar tools using Engineering data.
• Experience building, deploying, and maintaining ML models and GenAI apps in production.
• Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, including LLM API integration.

Responsibilities

• Understand analytics needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions with AI-driven insights.
• Lead design and development of analytics and data products addressing Engineering challenges, including predictive models and GenAI tools.
• Evaluate AI/ML approaches to solve Engineering business problems.
• Manage the analytics and data products roadmap, aligning with Engineering objectives.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, ML engineers, and product engineers to deploy solutions.
• Ensure data quality, security, and governance, including responsible AI practices.
• Build relationships and influence stakeholders to gain buy-in for analytics and AI initiatives.
• Stay up to date on data, analytics, and AI trends relevant to Engineering management.
