Job summary

We seek a business-focused consultant who works directly with business leaders to understand decisions, challenge assumptions, and rapidly translate needs into AI-enabled solutions.

The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years of experience in analytics-driven advisory roles, a strong ability to translate insights into action, and a passion for learning and applying

Qualifications

8–10+ years of experience in business analytics, strategy/management consulting, or similar decision-oriented roles.
Ability to translate business needs into data- and AI-enabled solutions.
Comfort working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Understand the business objective and decision context with stakeholders.
Structure problems, form hypotheses, and design analyses.
Use data to derive insights and actionable recommendations.
Prototype AI-enabled solutions using GenAI and low-code tools.
Coordinate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams as needed.
Communicate findings in plain business terms and drive actions.
Continuously learn and apply emerging AI technologies.
