Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5 years of progressive experience in a related role.
• Experience applying experimentation methods to translate data into insights for senior management.
• Strong programming and data wrangling skills in Python, R, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Refine ambiguous questions and generate hypotheses about the product from data, customers, and business context.
• Design experiments and interpret results to inform decisions.
• Define metrics with cross-functional partners and develop AI systems to monitor metric movements.
• Develop data-driven insights to improve long-term strategy and product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Scientists and Engineers to build data foundations.
• Present findings to business and executive audiences.
• May telecommute.
