Job summary

Tiger Analytics is seeking a business-minded, analytically strong consultant who can work directly with business leaders to translate complex needs into AI-enabled, data-driven solutions. Qualifications

10+ years of experience in business analytics, strategy/management consulting, commercial analytics, operations, supply chain, finance, marketing/customer analytics, product management or a similar decision-oriented business environment.
Strong business curiosity and problem-solving ability.
Experience working directly with business stakeholders and senior leaders.
Comfort with GenAI, AI agents and emerging productivity/development tools.

Responsibilities

Understand the business and the decision by engaging stakeholders to define objectives, economics, processes and decisions.
Challenge and structure problems, turning ambiguities into clear hypotheses and analyses.
Use data to develop insights and translate findings into business implications and actions.
Rapidly prototype solutions using GenAI, analytics and low/no-code tools.
Orchestrate experts from data science, engineering, domain, product and AI agents.
Drive from insight to action by communicating recommendations in business terms.
Continuously learn and apply emerging AI capabilities to improve decision making.
