Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Business Systems to design, implement, and optimize analytics and reporting capabilities across CRM and enterprise platforms.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and IT to drive process improvements and data integrity, delivering scalable BI solutions. The role emphasizes Power BI dashboards, SQL data modeling, ETL design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact insights for commercial operations and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (see qualifications).
• 5+ years in business systems analysis, BI, or analytics.
• Hands-on BI report/dashboard design with Power BI or similar.
• Advanced SQL and data modeling; ETL experience.
• Python for analytics; familiarity with AI/LLM tools or cloud platforms advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and IT to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Evaluate and optimize business processes for efficiency and data quality.
• Lead system enhancement projects from requirements to deployment and adoption.
• Document data flows, configurations, and reporting procedures.
