Job summary

VaynerMedia seeks a Senior Analytics Associate to join its Analytics team. You will apply data analysis across client campaigns, structure complex datasets, and translate insights into actionable recommendations delivered in clear slides.

The role emphasizes ownership of analytics projects from start to finish, collaboration with client teams, and the ability to communicate results to non-technical stakeholders. Hybrid work arrangement applies with in-office expectations.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in digital analytics.
• Experience with Excel and SQL at an intermediate/advanced level.
• Experience with at least one data visualization tool (Data Studio, Tableau, etc).
• Experience with Market Mix Models is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Structure and develop complex data analytics projects aligned with client objectives.
• Organize data into coherent storylines and create slides and dashboards to communicate insights.
• Manage analytics projects from planning to delivery and communicate status to stakeholders.
