Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business analytics or related field.
• 5+ years in consulting, strategy, analytics, or business transformation.
• Strong ability to translate stakeholder needs into actionable analytics recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Builds strategic relationships with business stakeholders to uncover analytics opportunities.
• Leads discovery and framing conversations to define success criteria and outcomes.
• Shapes analytics and AI capabilities to solve business problems with clear value.
• Manages complex analytics initiatives from discovery to delivery with clear milestones.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Technology, or related field

5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, analytics, or related disciplines

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement

Ability to frame problems and translate needs into actionable solutions

Familiarity with analytics/AI capabilities and modeling concepts
