Job summary

Inspire11 is seeking a senior analytics consultant to partner with business development, shape solutions, and drive delivery across multi-million-dollar engagements.

You will mentor teams, craft innovative strategies from client requirements, and leverage data science to deliver measurable business insights. This role emphasizes growth, collaboration, and ownership in a dynamic analytics practice.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting experience in data analytics.
• 4+ years partnering with Business Development and meeting sales targets.
• Experience driving large programs and solution management.
• Strong ability to interpret complex data and deliver insights.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a growth focus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Development on the full sales cycle: ideation, proposal creation and delivery, establishing SOW, negotiation, and closing.
• Manage engagement delivery content and quality assurance, perform risk assessment and lead project planning from end-to-end.
• Manage $2-5M in revenue annually and contribute to account growth.
• Assist growth of practice areas through business development and delivery leadership.
• Elicit clear client requirements and develop innovative strategies to meet them.
• Build teams and guide consultants through all delivery phases, including requirements gathering and architecture.
• Mentor individuals and provide tools to advance their careers.
• Advise teams on emerging technologies and their business impact.
