You will build dashboards, explore datasets for trends, and collaborate with finance, operations, and leadership to meet key reporting needs. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, analytics or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a reporting, analytics or BI role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
• Experience with SQL for querying and manipulating data.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience in a hybrid or cross-functional team environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports for internal stakeholders.
• Gather and validate data from multiple systems and sources.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations using BI tools.
• Identify trends, anomalies and opportunities within operational and financial data.
• Partner with department leaders to understand reporting needs and translate them into deliverables.
• Maintain documentation for reporting processes and data definitions.
• Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Support month end and quarter end reporting cycles.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives related to data collection and reporting.
• Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner.
