Job summary

Tiger Analytics is seeking an analytics professional with 6–10 years of experience to lead end-to-end data analytics for enterprise clients. You will translate business challenges into analytical designs, own AI agent projects, and collaborate with global teams to deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities include stakeholder communication, solution delivery, and operationalization of analytics initiatives while using SQL, R, Python, and visualization tools.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of professional work experience with at least 5 years in data analytics.
• Identify and gather business requirements for AI agent use cases and translate them into clear technical specs.
• Ability to engage with executive/VP level stakeholders to translate problems into analytics solutions.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with R, Python, and visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Agentic AI understanding & delivery ownership, coordinating with teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
• End-to-end analytics solution delivery with a focus on predictable, sustainable execution.
• Strategic translation of business challenges into high-level analytics designs.
• Stakeholder management: present findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Cross-functional collaboration with global Tiger Analytics teams to deliver projects.
• Analytical problem-solving to derive meaningful insights and business value.
• Demonstrate business value and plan to operationalize analytical solutions.
