Qualifications

10+ years of experience in analytics or consulting.
Experience translating business needs into data- and AI-enabled solutions.
Experience working with senior leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Understand business objectives, economics, processes and decisions stakeholders seek to influence.
Challenge assumptions and translate ambiguous issues into hypotheses and decision frameworks.
Use data to develop insights and translate findings into business implications.
Rapidly prototype solutions using GenAI, Agentic AI, analytics, and low-code/no-code tools.
Orchestrate expertise across data scientists, engineers, domain experts and AI agents.
Communicate findings in simple business language and drive actions to measurable outcomes.
Continuously learn and apply emerging AI capabilities to improve decisions.
