Tiger Analytics Inc. is seeking an experienced analytics professional to join our team and solve complex business problems for enterprise clients.

You will leverage advanced data science techniques, translate business needs into analytics solutions, and deliver end-to-end analytics from design to operationalization. You will engage with executive stakeholders, drive cross-functional collaboration with global Tiger teams, and demonstrate impact through robust analytical approaches and measurable

Qualificações

• 6–10 years of professional work experience, with at least 5 years in data analytics
• Identify and gather business requirements for AI agent use cases, define workflows and outcomes
• Engage with executive/VP level stakeholders to translate business problems into analytics solutions
• Solid understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms
• Strong project management and team management skills across global teams
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with R, Python and visualization tools like Qlik or Tableau
• Exposure to cloud platforms and big data systems such as Hadoop/HDFS, Hive is a plus
• Ability to work with IT and Data Engineering teams to embed analytic outputs in business processes
• Graduate in Business Analytics or MBA or equivalent work experience

What you will be doing:

We are seeking an analytics professional to join our team and leverage advanced data science techniques to solve complex business problems for our enterprise clients. In this role, you will:

• Agentic AI Understanding & Delivery Ownership: Demonstrate a strong understanding of Agentic AI and AI agents, working closely with IT and business teams to define requirements, align on solution design, and manage end-to-end delivery. Take high ownership of execution, coordinating with the team responsible for building the agents to ensure solutions meet business objectives and deliver measurable value.

• End-to-End Analytics Solution Delivery: Develop and deliver end-to-end analytics solutions based on a deep understanding of business problems, ensuring efficient, predictable, and sustainable execution.

• Strategic Translation: Work directly with client stakeholders to translate business challenges into high-level analytics solution designs that generate actionable insights and business value.

• Stakeholder Management & Communication: Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, present analytical solutions to business audiences, and communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with client stakeholders and globally distributed Tiger Analytics teams to manage analytics projects and ensure successful delivery.

• Analytical Problem-Solving: Work with team members to identify and apply appropriate data science and analytical techniques to derive meaningful insights and address business challenges.

• Business Value & Operationalization: Demonstrate the robustness and business impact of analytical solutions, and develop implementation plans to operationalize them effectively.

• 6-10 years of professional work experience with at least 5 years in data analytics

• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with analytic tools like R & Python & visualization tools like Qlik or Tableau
