Job summary

Tiger Analytics is seeking an experienced Lead Data Scientist with GenAI expertise to design, develop, and deploy scalable GenAI solutions while leading projects and mentoring teams.

You will work closely with clients to translate business needs into robust analytics, drive implementation of RAG-based systems, and oversee end-to-end machine learning pipelines from development to production.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of GenAI data science experience.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with MLflow and model lifecycle management.
• Experience with Python from a functional programming paradigm and Git version control.
• Solid understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and generative AI applications.
• Experience with sequential models (LSTM, RNN, transformer).
• Experience with Bedrock, JumpStart, HuggingFace.
• Ethical considerations in AI design (red-teaming).
• Expertise in supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, transfer learning.
• Experience building end-to-end ML pipelines in production.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, monitoring, and model governance.
• Bachelor's in Business Analytics or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Work on the latest data science applications to solve business problems.
• Translate business problems into high-level analytics solution designs with client stakeholders.
• Present analytic solutions highlighting robustness and business value.
• Develop end-to-end solutions addressing business problems for efficient delivery.
• Design and develop ML and GenAI solutions using RAG.
• Build LLM-powered applications using Azure OpenAI and LangGraph orchestrations.
• Develop agentic AI workflows for automation, insights, and decision support.
• Implement Document Intelligence solutions for extracting insights from unstructured data.
• Collaborate with team members to apply analytic techniques and generate actionable insights.
• Present results to senior management and develop deployment plans.
