Tiger Analytics Inc. is seeking an experienced analytics professional to join our team and solve complex business problems for enterprise clients.

You will leverage advanced data science techniques, translate business needs into analytics solutions, and deliver end-to-end analytics from design to operationalization. You will engage with executive stakeholders, drive cross-functional collaboration with global Tiger teams, and demonstrate impact through robust analytical approaches and measurable

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of professional work experience, with at least 5 years in data analytics
• Identify and gather business requirements for AI agent use cases, define workflows and outcomes
• Engage with executive/VP level stakeholders to translate business problems into analytics solutions
• Solid understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms
• Strong project management and team management skills across global teams
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with R, Python and visualization tools like Qlik or Tableau
• Exposure to cloud platforms and big data systems such as Hadoop/HDFS, Hive is a plus
• Ability to work with IT and Data Engineering teams to embed analytic outputs in business processes
• Graduate in Business Analytics or MBA or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced data science techniques to solve complex business problems for enterprise clients
• Define requirements and design end-to-end analytics solutions with measurable business value
• Translate client challenges into high-level analytics solution designs
• Present findings to senior management and stakeholders
• Collaborate with globally distributed Tiger Analytics teams on project delivery
• Demonstrate analytical impact and plan for operationalization of solutions
• Lead and manage analytics projects and teams across geographies
