Job summary

Tiger Analytics is seeking an HR Analytics Consultant to join its advanced analytics and AI team, supporting large enterprise clients in the United States. You will own end-to-end engagements, translate business problems into analytics and AI solutions, and manage senior stakeholders while guiding cross-functional teams to successful delivery.

The role requires 9–12 years of experience, including at least 5 years in HR analytics, and a strong grasp of HR metrics.

Qualifications

9–12 years of professional work experience with at least 5 years in HR analytics.
Experience supporting enterprise HR data and analytics transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of HR metrics and KPIs (headcount, attrition, turnover, span of control, productivity).
Ability to lead discovery workshops and engage senior HR/business leaders.
Ability to oversee cross-functional technical teams and drive project delivery.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Engagement Ownership: take full accountability for engagements from inception to completion.
Strategic Translation: bridge business problems to viable analytics/AI solutions.
Stakeholder Management: manage senior client stakeholders and ensure alignment.
Cross-Functional Leadership: lead data scientists, data engineers, and analysts for project delivery.
