Klaviyo is seeking a Lead Product Data Scientist, Agents to own measurement and data science strategy across Composer and Customer Agent. You will blend deep technical expertise with strong product judgment to influence AI investments and business outcomes.

This role defines how we measure adoption, engagement, quality, cost, and revenue, building analytical foundations that illuminate customer value and guide pricing, monetization, and investment decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data science, product analytics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Expertise in product measurement, experimentation, and causal inference.
• Experience evaluating AI systems in production, including agent interactions and model changes.

Responsibilities

• Define measurement frameworks connecting adoption, engagement, value, and revenue.
• Lead technical direction of agent analytics and mentor other data scientists.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams.
