• Experience architecting production-grade agentic AI systems end-to-end.
• Proven ability to secure, monitor, and maintain non-deterministic AI deployments.
• Hands-on coding, architecture decisions, and debugging in prod.
• Ability to unblock multiple teams and influence product direction.

Responsibilities

• Define technical and product direction for Customer Agent platform from architecture to production.
• Tackle hardest technical problems: orchestration, evals, guardrails, memory/context, self-healing, failure handling.
• Write, review, and ship code; make architectural calls.
• Create reusable architectures and frameworks adopted by other teams; mentor via design reviews.
