Job summary

Measure Well is seeking a technically hands-on teammate to join our Chief AI & Data Officer to turn a new data platform into actionable dashboards and AI tools used by staff and partners. Initial focus on dashboards, with AI product work following, plus ongoing platform health after handover.

The role emphasizes collaboration with program staff and partners. You will mentor fellows, review code, and help others understand what the data shows, while traveling up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience building dashboards and data visualizations.
• Experience with AI product development and evaluation.
• Experience with analytics engineering and data platform maintenance.
• Ability to mentor junior teammates and collaborate with partners.

Responsibilities

• Dashboards and data visualization for staff and partner organizations.
• AI features on Claude with evaluation and improvements.
• Analytics engineering and platform care (dbt, data loads, access control).
• Mentor Claude Corps Fellows and review code with colleagues.
