Aimpoint Digital is a dynamic and fully remote AI and Data consultancy that partners with leading software providers to deliver data engineering solutions. We are seeking a Lead Data Engineer to act as a trusted advisor, design end-to-end analytics platforms, and build scalable ELT/ETL pipelines for diverse clients.

You will work with Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, and other cloud-native tools to enable AI-driven analytics and robust data architectures.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS, Engineering or math.
• 5+ years data engineering experience.
• Experience with analytics data platforms.
• Strong communication skills.
• Consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients to translate business questions into data architectures.
• Design AI-ready data platforms, including data warehouses and pipelines.
• Build and evolve semantic and analytical layers for analytics and AI copilots.
• Collaborate with analytics, data science, and ML teams to productionize AI-enabled analytics.
