Aimpoint Digital is a fully remote AI and data consultancy delivering end-to-end data platforms for diverse clients in a fully remote model across the US.

The Lead Data Engineer will translate business questions into scalable architectures, build ELT/ETL pipelines, and collaborate with analytics and ML teams. Travel is possible; no ML model development.

You will work with Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, and modern cloud tools to create AI-ready data platforms and semantic layers.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years building data pipelines and working with relational databases.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (Databricks or Snowflake) and dbt.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel and work remotely.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a trusted data and AI advisor to clients across industries.
• Work independently within a small team on data engineering use-cases.
• Design and implement AI-optimized data platforms and pipelines.
• Build semantic and analytical layers for BI and AI tools.
• Collaborate with analytics, data science, and ML teams to productionize analytics.
