Qualifications

• Ph.D. with relevant experience in Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry.
• Advanced degree with 1–2 years (PhD), 2–5 years (MS), or 5–7 years (BS) in related fields.
• 3–5 years of analytical laboratory experience in industrial, manufacturing, research, or development settings.
• Strong laboratory and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with standard computer applications and laboratory software systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organization and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine analytical testing (NMR, HPLC, GC, LC–MS, UV–Vis, etc.).
• Support process development, DoE, and scale-up activities with in-process testing and data analysis.
• Generate accurate analytical data and contribute to kinetic studies and design of experiments.
• Document methods, procedures, and results per internal requirements and communicate findings to cross-functional teams.
• Maintain and qualify laboratory equipment and support routine laboratory operations.
