Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry or related with 0–3 years industry experience.
• Master's degree in chemistry or related field with 3–5 years of experience.
• Proven track record in analytical method development and problem solving in pharma/biotech.
• GMP experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, troubleshoot, qualify and validate analytical methods (LC, MS, CE, GC).
• Characterize small and large molecules, including linker payloads and ADCs.
• Prepare notebooks, reports and present results to stakeholders.
• Maintain lab equipment and procure supplies.
• Ensure safety and compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
