Qualifications

• PhD in analytical chemistry or related field with strong analytical training.
• 3+ years of industrial analytical chemistry in a regulated environment.
• Experience applying methods to polymeric/biomaterial systems.
• Experience with extractables/leachables and degradation-product analysis.
• FDA-regulated product development exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and transfer analytical methods for products.
• Lead chemical characterization of materials and devices.
• Interpret complex data and translate into conclusions.
• Collaborate with R&D, Operations, and QA on investigations.
• Mentor junior staff in sample prep and testing.
• Prepare regulatory-supporting documentation.
