Job summary

Qualifications

• AS or BS in optics/related field with relevant experience.
• Training plan requirements must be completed within 30 days and annually.
• Experience in testing, data presentation, and documentation is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist optical testing of RxLAL and related products (interferometry, MTF, etc).
• Work in lab to assist nomogram development for the light adjustable lens.
• Prepare data summaries and engineering documentation for review.
• Collaborate with engineering staff on fabrication and testing of prototypes.
• Design and commercialize new products based on light adjustable materials.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and modify hardware as needed.
• Design/build test and manufacturing fixtures as required.
