Job summary

EmployBridge seeks a Senior Analyst, Workers' Compensation in Hybrid Duluth, GA. You will own accounting close for the workers' compensation program, forecast losses, and allocate costs while partnering with Risk Management, FP&A, Payroll, and Operations to drive financial stewardship.

The role emphasizes advanced Excel, actuarial data analysis, and collaboration across Finance and HR to influence pricing and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related analytical field.
• 3+ years in accounting, financial analysis, insurance accounting, risk finance, or related discipline.
• Experience with workers' compensation, insurance, risk management, actuarial, or self-insured programs.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly accounting close for the workers' compensation program, including reserve accruals and journal entries.
• Develop and validate branch-level cost allocation methodologies.
• Calculate and maintain workers' compensation burden rates for pricing and margin models.
• Analyze claim trends and exposure data to forecast losses and cash needs.
• Support cash flow forecasting, premium audits, and actuarial studies.
• Prepare schedules and analyses for audits, lender reporting, and external reviews.
• Partner with Risk Management, HR, Payroll, Operations, and TPAs to improve data integrity.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation in reporting.
