The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in traditional corporate FP&A along with excellent modeling and analytical skills. Experience leveraging modern analytical tools, automation, and AI to improve financial analysis and decision‑making is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate business performance, growth initiatives, investments, and strategic opportunities.
• Analyze actual results against budget, forecast, and prior‑year performance, identifying key drivers and trends.
• Partner with business leaders across the organization to provide financial insights and support strategic and operational decision‑making.
• Prepare management reporting, KPI analysis, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Perform scenario, sensitivity, and ad hoc financial analysis to support key business decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve forecasting, reporting, and analytical processes through automation and technology.
• Leverage advanced analytical tools and emerging AI capabilities to improve efficiency, financial visibility, and quality of insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, financial analysis, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to build models from the ground up.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large and complex data sets.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
• Experience with BI, visualization, or other advanced analytical tools is preferred.
• Exposure to AI, automation, or emerging financial technologies is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
