Job summary

Luminace is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A – Development, to partner with Development, Construction, Engineering, and Technical Sales to drive planning, forecasting, and performance management for the development pipeline.

The role will leverage large datasets to identify trends, develop KPIs, and provide actionable insights supporting investment decisions and strategic growth initiatives. Based in NYC with occasional travel to Baltimore.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of FP&A or related experience.
• Experience with large data sets to derive insights and recommendations.
• Advanced Excel skills; proficiency may be assessed.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP; IFRS knowledge a plus.
• Experience developing KPIs, performance metrics, and driver-based forecasts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support forecasting, planning, and reporting for the development pipeline.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles.
• Develop driver-based forecasting models to assess project economics and resource needs.
• Perform monthly variance analysis; identify risks, opportunities, and trends.
• Prepare executive-level reporting for senior leadership, investors, and Board.
