Job summary

Luminace, a leading distributed energy infrastructure platform, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A - Development, to partner with Development, Construction, Engineering and Sales. You will analyze the development pipeline, build KPIs, and translate data into actionable insights for investment decisions.

Based in New York City, the role is on-site five days a week with occasional WFH flexibility and travel to the Baltimore office.

Qualifications

4-7 years FP&A or relevant experience.
Experience with large data sets to generate insights and recommendations.
Advanced Excel skills and ability to build driver-based forecasting models.
Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Experience developing KPIs and performance metrics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with US GAAP; IFRS knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Partner with Development, Engineering, Construction, Technical Sales, Corporate Finance, and FP&A teams to support forecasting, planning, and reporting for the development pipeline.
Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles across stakeholders.
Develop and maintain driver-based forecasting models to assess project economics and capital needs.
Perform monthly variance analysis and identify risks, opportunities, and trends.
Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reporting packages for senior leadership, investors, and the Board.
