Job summary

Glean is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst Relations Manager to own our industry analyst relations program. Reporting to the Director of Communications, you will shape how Glean engages with Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and other firms.

This hybrid role is based in Mountain View or San Francisco, with occasional travel. You will manage analyst briefings, coordinate internal spokespeople, and build durable AR plans tied to launches and company moments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in analyst relations.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field.
• Proven track record in major analyst evaluations (Gartner, Forrester, IDC).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate tech into clear narratives.
• Highly organized program manager who can juggle deadlines and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Capable of coaching executives for analyst conversations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, prepare, and run analyst briefings, inquiries, and engagements with top-tier firms.
• Lead participation in Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Waves, and IDC MarketScapes, coordinating inputs across teams.
• Identify and prep internal spokespeople for engagements and own briefing materials and talks.
• Build and execute AR plans tied to launches and company milestones.
• Manage analyst subscriptions and contracts as primary contact.
