Job summary

FINRA in New York / Jersey City / Jericho is seeking a Principal Analyst in Regulatory Operations, Risk Intelligence Operations Center. This role conducts analysis of regulatory data sources, leads guidance creation, and supports intelligence-driven regulatory actions across programs.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, build metrics, and contribute to risk prioritization with senior leadership. A strong leadership persona and advanced communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• SIE certification required on hire or within 16 months.
• Strong knowledge of securities rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze multiple regulatory data sources to identify risks across firms and branches.
• Lead creation of guidance to support regulatory actions across programs.
• Share information across Regulatory Operations in real time.
• Maintain operational metrics and KPIs for senior management.
