FINRA is seeking a Vice President, Strategic Intelligence, to lead a team of professionals delivering strategic intelligence on regulatory trends and emerging risks. You will synthesize complex data into actionable insights for senior leaders and external partners, bridging technical expertise with strategic dissemination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
• Law degree, advanced business degree, or other graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum ten years' experience in intelligence collection, analysis, dissemination, and planning.
• Deep expertise in intelligence cycle strategies and methodologies for regulatory activities.
• Extensive knowledge of intelligence structures, processes, and policy development.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and provide direction on regulatory oversight and intelligence initiatives.
• Oversee development and delivery of strategic intelligence products and briefings for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain intelligence frameworks, collection strategies, and dissemination protocols.
