FINRA is seeking a Director of Execution Readiness & Mobilization within the Risk Intelligence Operations Center. The role bridges risk identification and regulatory action, ensuring intelligence is delivered to the right teams with context to act.

You will provide strategic leadership, drive collaboration, and oversee readiness activities while aligning with regulatory partners across multiple locations. This hybrid role demands strong execution and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. MBA/JD or similar graduate degree preferred.
• Significant securities/regulatory experience and advanced analytical skills.
• SIE certification required upon hire or within 16 months of start date.

Aufgaben

• Spearhead operational risk event remediation and escalations with policy refinements.
• Oversee development and implementation of procedures and technology for the program.
• Identify and resolve inconsistencies in procedural application and record reasoning when needed.
• Coordinate with departments to prepare responses and information requests (audits, SEC/state access).
• Lead corrective action plans and drive program improvements across teams.
