Brailsford & Dunlavey (B&D) seeks a Senior Analyst to join our Northeast team. This hybrid role is based in the Washington, DC, or New York City area and focuses on turning data into actionable insights for real estate and development clients.

You’ll conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis, build financial models, and translate findings into recommendations that shape project strategies and investment decisions. Strong Excel, office software, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience in real estate development or related field.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with data-to-insight focus.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience with financial models.
• Experience researching, organizing, and synthesizing information from multiple sources.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to present cohesive reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and quantitative/qualitative analysis to inform client recommendations.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data through market research and surveys.
• Develop financial models and market analyses to evaluate opportunities.
• Translate findings into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Prepare polished presentations and deliver client-ready deliverables.
• Collaborate with project teams and support junior members.
