Job summary

Brailsford & Dunlavey is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our team in the Northeast. This hybrid role is based in the Washington, DC, or New York City area and focuses on turning data and research into actionable insights for real estate and capital projects.

The Senior Analyst will conduct market and financial analyses, develop models, and prepare client-ready deliverables while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. 3+ years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a real estate, planning, architecture, development, engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking with ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and quantitative/qualitative analysis to inform client recommendations and project strategy.
• Develop financial models and market analyses to evaluate real estate and operational opportunities.
• Translate findings into clear insights and polished client presentations and reports.
• Support business development activities, including proposals and thought leadership.
• Coach and mentor junior team members and collaborate across disciplines.
