Job summary

Denton Floyd Real Estate Group seeks a Senior Analyst, Investments to drive analytical modeling, market research, and capital markets materials. You will own underwriting from screening to closing and collaborate with capital markets, development, design, and Forge Construction.

The role emphasizes building standard models, risk analysis, and presenting clear investment theses to the committee. Travel is periodic, with growth toward leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, Business or related quantitative field.
• 5–8 years in real estate investment banking, brokerage, capital markets, development, PE, lending, valuation, or similar.
• Demonstrated ownership of underwriting from screening through closing.
• Advanced Excel capability with multi-tab proformas, debt sizing and JV waterfalls.
• Practical fluency with AI tools and data platforms; ability to verify outputs.
• Ability to write clear memorandum and build clean presentations.

Responsibilities

• Model development for development and acquisition across multiple asset classes.
• Market intelligence via NIC MAP, CoStar, Esri, Census, and internal tools.
• Assemble offering memoranda, lender packages, and investor materials.
• Prepare and present committee memoranda with thesis, base/downside cases, and mitigants.
• Lead go/no-go screening memoranda and maintain pipeline log.
