Beam Living in New York, NY is seeking a Senior Analyst to support our Strategy, Planning & Analytics team, focusing on financial reporting, business analytics and investment analysis across a NYC multifamily portfolio.

This role leverages operational and financial data to evaluate asset performance and inform operating strategy. It is based in our New York City office, with responsibilities including complex modeling, board-ready materials, and ad-hoc reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or engineering.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of financial / data management.
• Excellent writing and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Excel and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Produce complex models and forecasts.
• Evaluate and review potential capital investments.
• Provide analytical support to all areas of the organization.
• Analyze a wide range of operational and financial data to identify trends.
• Collect and analyze external macroeconomic data for market trends.
• Create weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting for the organization, ownership and investors.
• Assist with board materials and investor requests.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of presented data and conclusions.
