Job summary

Invesco is seeking a Senior Analyst, Passive Stewardship to join its Global Governance & Advisory Team in Downers Grove, IL. You will lead and support proxy voting activities, shape stewardship strategy, and partner with investment, ETF, index, governance, and client-facing teams.

You will advise on governance matters and advance voting transparency across passive funds. You will drive the analysis of proxy materials, develop guidelines, and mentor junior staff while ensuring timely delivery of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 6+ years of experience in investment stewardship, proxy voting, asset management, corporate governance, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking and judgment for governance and stewardship issues.
• Curiosity about emerging areas like AI and technology innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support proxy voting activities and governance initiatives for passive strategies.
• Shape stewardship strategy and advise senior leaders across ETF and index ecosystems.
• Oversee proxy meeting material analysis and voting recommendations aligned with policy.
• Develop voting guidelines and governance approaches for passive funds.
• Support pass-through voting program and deliver proxy data insights to stakeholders.
