Job Description Your role: Are you passionate about corporate governance, investment stewardship, and shaping the future of responsible investing? We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Passive Stewardship to join Invesco's Global Governance & Advisory Team and play a key role in advancing stewardship across our passive investment strategies.
In this highly visible role, you will lead and support proxy voting activities, help shape stewardship strategy, and partner closely with investment, ETF, index, governance, and client-facing teams. You will serve as a trusted advisor on governance matters, contribute to the evolution of our voting framework, and help drive innovation in areas such as pass-through voting and stewardship transparency.
The salary range for this position in Downers Grove, IL is $150,000-175,000/year. The total compensation offered for this position includes salary and incentive pay and will vary based on skills, experience and location.
