Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of experience in investment stewardship, proxy voting, asset management, corporate governance, or related field.
• Strong interest in governance, shareholder rights, proxy voting, and stewardship best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of financial markets and an aptitude for data analysis.
• Experience with proxy voting operations teams is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape the stewardship strategy for Invesco's passive investment strategies.
• Manage day-to-day activities of the Passive Stewardship team with clear priorities and stakeholder plans.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on governance and proxy voting matters for ETF and Index Strategies teams.
• Oversee analysis of proxy materials and develop voting recommendations aligned with policy.
• Contribute to voting guidelines and governance approaches across passive funds.
• Support growth and implementation of pass-through voting program.
