Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Law, Sustainability, Political Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Analytical abilities with ability to evaluate disclosures, governance, and market context.
- Interest in corporate governance, stewardship, sustainability, and long-term investing.
Responsibilities
- Support engagement priorities and inform proxy voting decisions.
- Engage with company management and boards to inform stewardship priorities.
- Analyze proxy ballots and provide voting recommendations aligned with guidelines.
- Support voting operations and improve efficiency of workflows.
- Maintain stewardship records and contribute to reporting and RFI/RFP responses.
