Job summary

The Senior Analyst at CME Group in Chicago supports operations by improving memberships processes and modernizing workflows across our operations functions. You will partner with the Global Head of Sales Operations and the Director of Memberships & Sales Operations to drive efficiency, implement automation, and build dashboards.

You will help document processes, develop training materials, and contribute to a digital transition including a new client-facing portal, with emphasis on data accuracy

Qualifications

• Experience driving process improvements across memberships or sales operations.
• Ability to document processes and develop training materials.
• Strong analytical skills to transform data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Review day-to-day processes for membership teams, identifying bottlenecks and leading automation to streamline workflows.
• Review document intake and storage processes; identify new tools to support workflows.
• Assist with documenting processes and developing standardized training documents.
• Review case management solutions, implementing a queue management system for onboarding related to the seat market.
• Leverage DocuSign and other digitized forms to improve customer experience and reduce errors.
• Support the transition to a new client-facing portal, ensuring all corporate membership processes are migrated and optimized.
• Own the end-to-end flow of memberships-related data across CME internal systems and support leadership in improved information flow.
• Evaluate membership processes for efficiency and effectiveness affecting clients and partners.
• Focus on continuous process improvement and collaborate with stakeholders to drive operational efficiencies.
