Job summary

CME Group seeks a Senior Pricing Analyst to drive pricing strategy and growth initiatives across derivative markets in a data-driven manner. You will analyze market trends, client behavior, and pricing actions to optimize revenue and market health.

Collaborating with Finance, Legal, Technology, Clearing, and Market Regulation, you will design dashboards and systems to monitor program performance and diagnose market issues with high precision.

Qualifications

• B.A., B.S., or higher in Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• 3–5 years of pricing, financial analysis, derivatives, trading, or competitive market analysis.
• Experience manipulating large datasets using Python, R, and SQL for pricing and market analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to summarize complex pricing analyses for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of pricing strategy and growth initiatives.
• Analyze market structure trends, client behavior, and pricing actions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT, and other teams to roll out incentive and market-making programs.
