Qualifications

• 5+ years in business operations, strategy, or analytics.
• BS in Engineering, CS, Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Advanced Excel; ability to handle large datasets, pivot tables, Power Query and complex formulas.
• SQL experience is a plus; familiarity with databases and data structures.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools like Sigma, Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Translate direction into executable plans with clear owners and milestones.
• Drive planning cycles, business reviews, and leadership meeting cadences.
• Develop business cases for headcount, tooling, and tech investments.
• Prepare executive-ready analyses and memos for senior leadership.
• Design KPI framework, source data, and ensure trustworthy reporting.
• Query operational data across databases to answer strategic questions.
• Build dashboards and automated reporting to reduce manual effort.
• Model financial and operational scenarios and capacity.
